Jude Thaddeus Currier, LICSW
Jude Thaddeus Currier, is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LICSW) who received a Master of Social Work degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX in 1992 and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH in 1988. He also attended the Client Server Program at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2000. He is a medical interpreter (spanish) and attended Cross Cultural Communications Systems, Inc. in 2000.
He has taught workshops relating to parenting issues and published articles about parenting topics including communication issues with teens, internet use and teenage privacy.
He is fluent in Spanish and able to provide counseling services in both Spanish and English. His specialty areas are child and adolescent counseling, cross culural counseling, family therapy, substance abuse treatment, parent/child conflict, parent coaching, anger management, and men's issues.
He is a member of the Medical Interpreter Society and the NASW.
